Dr. Yoseloff completed his psychiatry residency at the University of California Irvine in 1975. He has been board certified in Psychiatry since 1983 (American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology). He graduated from the University of California School of Medicine in San Francisco in 1969 and the University Of Southern California School of Law in 1978. Dr. Yoseloff has always held important leadership positions including Chairman of Psychiatry Departments as well as Medical Directorship in a number of different psychiatric units. Background of clinical training and experience in areas of emergency room and General Practice.
Experience as Qualified Medical Examiner and Independent Medical Examiner.
Experience with Disability Evaluations.
Experience with variety of populations including adolescents and prisons.
Extensive experience managing psychiatric units servicing patients with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness and comorbid medical conditions.
Pioneering work in 2006 by establishing The R.O.A.D.S. Program based on the Recovery Model which is the cornerstone of Current Psychiatric Care for persons with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness.
Consultant for the Los Angeles Superior Court Panel of Psychiatric Experts.
“Best Doctor in America: Pacific Region” Award in 1996: Dr. Yoseloff remains the only Forensic Psychiatrist in Los Angeles County to receive this award.
DR. SARKIS AREVIAN, CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Sarkis Arevian, M.D., is Board Certified in Psychiatry and specializes in adult and older adult psychiatry and chemical dependency. Dr. Arevian treats patients with mood, anxiety, and panic disorders. He has been Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at Memorial Hospital of Long Beach, Director of Psychiatric Education at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, and Medical Director of Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach. Dr. Arevian has been in private practice for over 30 years in the Long Beach area.
John Adams, DO Chief Medical Officer
John Adams graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residencies at Memorial Osteopathic Hospital and Tripler Army Medical Center. He has been practicing Internal Medicine in Long Beach for more than 25 years.
Juliette Gabel Chief Financial Officer
Juliette got her BA with an emphasis in Finance from Western Washington University. Juliette has been working in the medical field for the past 25 years and has been CFO of the ROADS Foundation for the past 13 years.

The R.O.A.D.S. Foundation is a not-for-profit 501 corporation founded in 2006. The Foundation was formed to provide enhanced support and assistance through specialized programs for individuals dealing with the symptoms and consequences of serious and persistent mental illness. R.O.A.D.S. Community Care Clinic was opened in 2015 as part of the commitment of R.O.A.D.S. to find opportunities and funding services that will enhance the quality of life of these individuals.
